Main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Prepare effective business plan for all projects to achieve required product volume and profit
- Negotiate contracts for sales and manage, renew and review contracts as required to enable effective trading, operations and customer relations.
- Monitor all existing and prospective foreign markets and assist to identify appropriate business opportunities
- Organize market plans to suit customer requirements
- Plan and manage overseas sales through distributors and other relevant sales outlets
- Manage all staff reporting to the position so as to effectively, train, evaluate, motivate, delegate and monitor their activities and ensure compliance to all export objectives
- Liaise with other departments in order to establish and maintain effective and relevant export activities and support in relation to the organization’s sales, purchasing, materials management, production and overall operating functions.
- FMCG sales experience, ideally 10-15 years. Shorter experience is possible for the candidate with the right mix of Leadership and commercial acumen
- Management experience of at least 10 years
- Third party sales (e.g. Distributor etc.) FMCG management experience.
- Experience of working with or managing Third Parties or Distributors in an export environment.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written, Russian will be added value.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office systems.
