Senior Facilities Manager

Location: Gdansk
The Facility Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the facility management ensuring first class service delivery to the Client account.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
  • Management of Client’s sites in Poland: Gdansk IGK, Gdansk Tryton, Warsaw.
  • Provide excellent service to the Client in line with agreed SLA & KPIs.
  • Ensure exceptional vendor performance, manage and track the completion of soft and hard services.
  • Ensure the highest performance of self-delivery employees including Technical and Admin Teams.
  • Management of service request system. Ensure high indicator scores including POU customers’ satisfaction, SLA.
  • Ensure accident or crises management is addressed immediately based on escalation procedure.
  • Ensure accuracy of the data, professional analyse the FM costing and budgets and engage the management accordingly.
  • Assist during audit process and provide audit reports with professional justification wherever required.
  • Oversee and manage the capital & operational baseline budgets.
  • Understand the scheduled maintenance events and manage accordingly, close cooperation with JLL Technical Manager.
  • Ensure monthly Finance processes are delivered as per agreed timeline: invoicing, GR, UMLV.
  • Manage and understand Change Control Request process.
  • Manage and understand contracted Glide Path process including ICR process.
  • Understand the FM scope and in consultation with the Area Manager – develop specific processes & procedures to reduce cost & improve client satisfaction.
  • Develop & implement facilities management account plan for the facility.
  • Manage and understand local and corporate EHS requirements.
  • Fluent proficiency in English language. (Speaking, Reading and Written),
  • Have a strong background in facilities management and leadership. Solid experience with managing both reactive and preventive work order management,
  • Experience and a track record of great work,
  • Outstanding client relationship management skills with great client focus and “can do” attitude,
  • Strong commercial skills including negotiation skills and understanding of the market,
  • Leadership, ability to manage self-delivery and subcontracted vendor staff to a high-performance level,
  • Superior organizational, analytical, interpersonal communication and problem solving skills,
  • Innovative and strategic cost saving skills,
  • Highly motivated,
  • Solid understanding of building environment (soft and hard systems),
  • Strong ability to work autonomously.
