Your responsibilities

  • Responsibility for comprehensive management and supervision of the proper functioning of the production company (HVAC / BMS, Electricity, Media) - 30 000 m2 at four locations including offices, production, clean rooms, distribution center with ambient, cold and freeze storage

  • Creation of capital request for projects (CAR), manage the costs and budget over building maintenance

  • Monitoring of the efficiency of access control and fire protection systems

  • Supervising, controlling and supporting completion of the building infrastructure according to schedule

  • Development of the scope of works for internal and external contractors regarding buildings and structures, as well as collection and settlement, in accordance with health and safety regulations and applicable standards

  • Ensuring the continuity and efficiency of maintenance of the infrastructure of buildings and outdoor areas

  • Adherence to the rules in fire safety, security, energy consumption, safety of workplace, providing support in the field of OHS and enforcing compliance with the rules in the organization

  • Conducting reports related to the infrastructure of buildings, performed works and activities in compliance with law, safety and internal roles

  • Effective management of a team of employees as part of ongoing investments and daily work

  • Responsibility for communication and cooperation between the department, the company's headquarters in Denmark and Managing Director in Stargard

Our requirements

  • Higher technical education, a direction related to construction studies is welcome; OHS studies diploma will be a befit

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Building Services and Construction as Engineer/Constructing Architect or leadership/manager role in technical area

  • Experience in leading technicians and administrative employees in international company

  • Very good knowledge of English language (spoken and written), experience in international team/company will be added value in recruitment process

  • Experience in building infrastructure maintenance and service management

  • Knowledge of media installations, HVAC, BMS, materials, constructions, etc.

  • Experience with regulated business like ISO standards to secure right document praxis

  • Experienced in building investment driving and good knowledge of building law

  • Knowledge of EHS rules working in company of productions - specialization studies in the field of EHS will be welcomed

  • Ability to work with the use of the LEAN management concept and tools

  • Sustainability interest with energy savings will be added value

  • Flexibility to business travel – about 10% time of work
