Your responsibilities
Take over responsibility for a wide range of existing and future finance processes, covering all finance issues including accounting, controlling, investor reporting and relations, financial planning, treasury and tax
Work together with our global tax and accounting partners (US, Germany and Poland) to ensure a solid month/year closing process
Lead our process initiatives for the finance area as well as for other fast-growing company parts – bringing the start-up process landscape to a higher maturity level
Work together with other company leaders as senior finance business partner
Act as a shaper rather than merely a doer
Our requirements
At least 3-5 years cutting across all finance areas, gained either in start-up environment during its growth/scaling-up phase or mid-sized enterprise acting as no. 1 finance person
A track record of successfully implementing processes from scratch
Accounting and transfer pricing knowledge is a plus
Very good analytical and problem-solving skills
Very good command of English (C1+)
Ability to execute with hands-on mentality
Attention to detail
Excited to start something new and be part of the journey from start-up to a mature finance and process department
Highly motivated to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
