    Your job and key responsibilities

    As Senior Finance Specialist in Lundbeck GBS Kraków you will:

    • Process PO and NPO invoices in workflow and reconcile Travel Expenses
    • Analyse KPIs, provide synthetic summary of issues
    • Lead and participate in improvement projects
    • Reply to escalations and solve more complex cases
    • Perform internal controls according to control framework
    • Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports
    • Build pro-active, can-do attitude and high preforming culture
    • Build and maintain good relationships with the Business
    • Teach, coach and train Junior Specialists and Specialists
    • Coordinate daily workload distribution
    • Engage Team in daily meetings, improvement ideas regarding process and team work

    Qualifications

    Our preferred candidate has the following personal and professional qualifications:
    • 3 years of experience in accounts payable and/or travel expenses
    • At least 2 years of experience in SAP
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills;
    • Can-do attitude towards challenges and problems
    • Demonstrated analytical ability and comprehensive knowledge of data analysis and communications tools, specifically Excel and Power Point.
    • Being able to work to tight deadlines and with switching priorities
    • Proactive and creative in terms of improving ways of working
    • Languages: English; German
