Recruitment for

For our client - global leader in production industry, we are currently looking for Senior Financial Analyst for the division Accounting & Control.

Your responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage annual audit activities related to supply chain finance, including the preparation of audit schedules, SOX Controls, supporting documentation, and communication with auditors both internal and external.

  • Address any audit findings or recommendations promptly and implement necessary improvements to strengthen controls and processes.

  • Supervise month-end financial close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis for supply chain costs.

  • Coordinate month end activities with Accounting and Controlling Team (ACE), Plant Controlling, Logistics, E&O and Genpact Teams

  • Develop and maintain robust financial models and tools to analyse supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and support accurate financial reporting.

  • Coordinating and building capabilities of interns and other junior members in the team

  • Contribute to Digitalization journey to enable improved reporting capabilities.

  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis as required.

Employer requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably with exposure to supply chain operations and with a strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.

  • Fluent in English, other European language is a plus.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal to liaise with senior management, cross-functional teams, and auditors.
