5+ years relevant experience in financial reporting, accountancy, audit or similar related finance function
ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
At least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and/or Accounting
Very good written and spoken English
Solid understanding of IFRS or local GAAP
Advanced MS Excel skills
Familiarity with HFM, Hyperion, MS Office, SAP, other financial systems and databases
Intellectual capacity to link accounting concepts to underlying financial data systems in order to understand, analyze and interpret actual results and troubleshoot any issues with the data
Ability to deliver accurate information under tight deadlines

Participation in the month-end closing
Participation in the preparation and control of budgets, forecasts, business cases (including financial modelling and scenario analysis)
Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports
Interpret financial results and forecasts (profit and loss, variance analysis, impact analysis, trend analysis, benchmarking, risks and opportunities), provide commentary and recommendations
Supporting and/or leading global projects including standardization and workload optimization
Preparation of periodic reports and KPI control, preparation of business plans
Preparation of various reports for the needs of the Management
Providing ad-hoc analytics/reporting/consultations to support business decisions
Taking active part in external audit process
Coordinating data flow among multiple internal departments
Identify and develop opportunities for reports/processes improvements
