Your responsibilities
Report and analyze the Income Statement, including revenues and expenses, and the Balance Sheet
Report and analyze Headcount, including tracking headcount movement and the status of open positions
Oversee Treasury related processes and reports
Analyze actual versus budget and period-over-period results and provide thorough and robust variance analysis, commentary and talking points
Develop the monthly and quarterly projections and annual revenue and expense budgets
Monitor, review and analyze expenses and allocations
Produce, review and analyze Key Metrics and Dashboards
Perform reconciliations, coordinate accruals and reclasses
Review and improve existing processes with the goal being continuous improvement (e.g. performing root cause analysis and fixing issues at the source, eliminating or minimizing manual work and/or work-arounds, reengineering, automation, etc.)
Assist with various ad-hoc tasks, initiatives and projects
Maintain chart of accounts and management reporting distribution lists
Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, guidelines and checklists for all processes and reports
Assist with regulatory reporting & analysis, reviews/examinations, and internal/external audits
Our requirements
3-5+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst / Senior Financial Analyst
Solid in the following core finance functions: Accounting, Finance, Management Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting, and Variance Analysis
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Good knowledge MS Power BI
Knowledge of MS Access would be a plus
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for details
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Very good organizational skills
Self-reliance and self-discipline at work
Financial Services industry experience, specifically Asset Management experience would be a plus

What is the Fiduciary FP&A team responsible for?
We’re currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join Fiduciary FP&A team in Poznan. The responsibilities of the team include the management and supervision of the company's extensive budgetary efforts, in addition to normal management reporting; financial analysis and ad-hoc tasks.
The Senior Financial Analyst’s major responsibilities would include producing management reports for our Operating Committee and various Board of Directors, analyzing actual versus budget, providing thorough and detailed variance analysis and commentary, budgeting and forecasting, reconciliations, and assisting on various ad-hoc tasks and projects.
