    Financial Controlling in Wroclaw is a part of International Wealth Management (IWM) Finance organization which is responsible for providing controlling services to various businesses on a worldwide level.

    Our team of Financial Planning & Analysis is looking for experienced and motivated person who likes working in dynamic environment. The FP&A team provides controlling activities on a global level, mainly dealing with our partners in Zurich. We operate on entire P&L and main KPIs of the Division providing the overview over main strategic initiatives to our top management and front business. We have ability to drive and impact the divisional strategy.

    You would be responsible for growing variety of tasks:

    • Responsible for financial planning - covering monthly planning of revenue and expense for IWM Division on a global level
    • Preparation of annual financial planning on a divisional and business area level
    • Involvement in divisional budgeting process
    • Working closely with the businesses areas to analyze and prepare proper planning activities
    • Providing reliable and meaningful financial information to the business managers and IWM Divisional Finance management.
    • Partnering IWM Business Area management to ensure functions meet their financial targets
    • Support in Budget amendments process throughout the year
    • Preparation of various ad-hoc financial deliverables including reporting and analysis
    • Operational improvements and optimizations
    • Playing a key part in the successful cooperation with teams in other locations all over the world
    • Opportunity to develop an in-depth understanding of the banking business and products and to grow personally

    • You hold university degree in Economics, Banking, finance or Mathematics
    • You have minimum 5-6 years of experience in financial analyzes or controlling
    • Strong MS Office skills, especially practical Excel knowledge is required (macro creation would be a plus)
    • You demonstrate solid conceptual and analytical skills with a flair for data and figures
    • Fluent English language skills both written and spoken are needed
    • Your previous team leader experience might be an asset
