    International Wealth Management (IWM) division offers tailored financial solutions for wealthy private clients and external asset managers in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America.

    In IWM Divisional Finance team in Wroclaw we are a part of global financial controlling team acting as guardian for all the financials of International Wealth Management Division. We prepare cost allocations reporting and analysis for top managers in Zurich, forecasting on a global level, budgeting as well as number of analysis which act as the base for making business decisions by managers of the division.

    In your role you will be responsible for:

    • Performing reporting on cost allocations to provide reliable financial information to managers in Zurich
    • Preparation of forecasting and budgeting on each allocation item
    • Responsibility over allocation keys updates process
    • Conducting “deep dive” analysis on the identification of costs variances and methodology of allocation keys
    • Acting as a SME and owner of the biggest driver of divisional cost allocations
    • Handling financial queries coming from the business
    • Providing ad hoc analysis on requests of managers of IWM Division
    • Delivering operational improvements
    • Close cooperation with business areas to provide relevant, timely and accurate financial information and analysis to enable and support decision-making
    • Ensuring high transparency of costs allocations
    • Having regular interaction with financial controllers and specialists in order to understand business, changes and to support processes in scope

    • You have at least 5 years of experience within finance analyzes or controlling
    • You possess a university degree in finance, economics or mathematics
    • You demonstrate good analytical skills
    • You are flair for data, numbers and figures and attention to detail
    • You have good communication skills
    • You have very good Excel knowledge
    • You are fluent in English
    • You are well-organized and have the ability to prioritize effectively
