Senior FP&A Analyst – Business Controlling LSC

Meet the team
Business Controlling Support Team for Integrated Supply Companies, currently consisting of 21 Financial Planning and Analytics Analysts, has been assembled to provide business controlling services for Central and Local Supply Companies in Western Europe region. The main responsibilities of the team are preparation of Group and management reporting, month end closing processes, financial planning in agreed timelines and supporting Central and Local Finance Team in business relevant analysis.

  • international cooperation with various stakeholders across Carlsberg Group like Central Supply Chain Finance Team and Supply Chain Finance Business Partners;
  • building and maintaining close relationship day by day;
  • gaining knowledge which helps to understand end to end business processes;
  • having multiple opportunities to grow professionally and personally through a variety of interesting projects and initiatives;
  • enjoying a high degree of independence in improving and designing processes and improvements; resolving non-standard inquiries;
  • being a part of exciting digital agenda which will put Carlsberg Finance to another level;
  • working with great, motivated and full of passion team.

Your responsibilities will include…

  • cooperating with central and local entities based in Western Europe;
  • playing a key role in the monthly, quarterly, annual financial closing processes to ensure completeness and accuracy;
  • critical role  in budgeting and forecasting processes;
  • preparation of management reporting for local management and insights (incl. performance measurement, variance analysis) relevant for Business Units;
  • supporting local Finance Team in cost analysis and investment decision making process;
  • coordination of activities to identify and execute saving initiatives;
  • reviewing and analysing performance vs budget, latest estimate and last year;
  • preparing ad hoc reports;
  • close cooperation with Regional International Supply Chain Finance team and Local Business Partners;
  • ensuring financial processes run flawlessly with high quality.

We are looking for a person who…

  • has 2-5 years of professional experience in Controlling;
  • has a solid knowledge of financial controlling E2E processes and data analysis;
  • has University degree in Finance;
  • has fluency in English (written and spoken);
  • navigates easily in Office365 environment and has advanced hands-on knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point;
  • has previously worked with SAP FI/CO, BW, CO-PA (HFM would be an asset);
  • is a team player who proactively collaborates and strives for solutions;
  • is analytically strong, really cares about the success of the business and results;
  • quickly moves ideas to action, completes plans and projects with quality and speed and, in the process, drives the company’s agenda.
