Senior FP&A/ Business Analyst
Location – Warsaw (hybrid work model)
As a Senior FP&A / Business Analyst you will take a part in global projects related with forecasting, reporting, financial planning, working closely with Controllership department or Manufacturing & Inventory Accounting Team which supports Management Reporting & Planning of Manufacturing P&L with all its components. Your daily tasks will be related with accounting and compliance field.
Twój zakres obowiązków
Forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling and analysis
Participation in month-end close activities: preparing journal entries to post accruals and provisions, raising netting invoices for quarterly and monthly recharges, reviewing and analyzing of manufacturing variances, ensuring timely delivery
Forecasting and budgeting tasks such as supporting inventory Write-offs and Provision planning, calculating Inventory Revaluation, Opex planning
Management reporting, preparation of presentations used to provide insightful financial analysis
Close cooperation with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, providing strategic and analytical planning support, being a point of contact as a Subject Matter Expert providing additional insights
Ensure SOX and FCF (Financial Controls Framework) effectiveness
Taking care of high standard of all relevant Operations & Inventory financial controls
Participation in improvements of auditing processes
Development and maintenance of system, reporting checks to ensure high quality of reporting data
Wymagania pracodawcy
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in accounting &/or controlling activities including: month-end close, reconciliations & variance analysis, financial controls, P&L, balance sheets
Degree in finance, accounting or related fields
Very good knowledge of English (B2/C1)
Experience in using multiple finance systems (incl. SAP)
Advanced Excel skills
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Analytical, logical and agile mind with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Eager to learn and proactively implement improvements
Audit experience would be an asset
