Senior Franchise Recruitment Manager
(Manager ds. rekrutacji i rozwoju sieci franczyzowej)

Job purpose: 

At this position you will be responsible for executing franchising strategy by managing the end to end franchisee recruitment process for our brand.

Your skills:

  • Proven track record in the development of a franchise network and recruiting partners
  • Knowledge and experience in FMCG will be a huge advantage
  • Knowledge of methods of acquiring and verifying franchisees
  • Availability to travel to manage business, developing and form partner relationships
  • Excellent level of English and Polish, also other European languages will be a plus
  • Large network & relationships within the sector and good knowledge globally
  • Proven outstanding presentation, negotiation and closing competences
  • Having an in-depth understanding of franchise legal framework
  • Team player with excellent communication, organization and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with people quickly

Your challenges:

  • You’ll play a key role in accelerating our rate of expansion by finding and then recruiting new partners for the brand
  • Conducting and negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions with potential partners, closing business deals
  • Working closely with the Senior Management team, you will drive our expansion effort in identifying and attracting prospective partners
  • Presenting and representing our franchise business model and business opportunities by using appropriate and effective methods (e.g.: organizing and conducting expansion events)
  • Developing potential business opportunities whilst building partner relationships (e.g.: by online and offline lead generation, networking)
  • Hit the ground running and take full ownership for your sales funnel, since you’ll be responsible for lead generation, building pipelines, presenting, writing proposals and closing your own deals whilst conveying the company vision
