About the project
Acxiom has written the book on utilizing online and offline consumer data to drive innovative marketing solutions. Our ability to deliver vast quantities of data faster and more securely separates us from our competitors. The Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer is responsible for the design and implementation of new functionality on our internally developed network automation platform. This platform is responsible for delivering fully automated workflows to manage our extensive network and security infrastructure. This includes facilitating our transition to a Network as Code environment through building the automation capabilities required. In addition to being a primary developer on the automation platform, this role will have an important voice in the overall architecture and direction of the platform.
Your responsibilities
Design client-side and server-side application architecture
Write effective back-end APIs
Build the front-end for applications with appealing design
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software
Collaborate with IT organization to ideate high-value features and functionality
Write technical documentation
Provide code reviews for peers
Our requirements
Bachelors’ Degree and/or 5+ years of relevant work
Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communications skills
Advanced knowledge in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript and AngularJS
Advanced knowledge in Python
Good knowledge of English language, spoken and written
Optional
Experience working with various databases (SQL & NoSQL)
Exposure to Infrastructure tools like Ansible and Terraform
Exposure to Cloud Infrastructure
Github with examples of your work, highlighting capabilities in the desired technologies
Experience building and utilizing CI/CD tool chains
