Production and distribution of Monthly and Quarterly Factsheets
Tracking of regulatory document requirements
Manage the accuracy and timeliness of our product presentations in fund platforms
Assurance that fund related data are consistent, complete and in a high quality by developing automated and systematic checks
Being a single point of contact for platform and content related purposes as well as managing our partners' expectations abroad (mainly CH & LUX)
Supporting and providing solutions for monthly and quarterly Fund Reporting (e.g., Factsheets) processes
Working on projects and collaborating closely with IT to improve our infrastructure and processes
Creating automations/scripts for daily tasks
Completed Higher education with a financial and/or technical background
Programming knowledge in VBA and/or Python
Ability to write complex SELECT SQL queries
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (German is an asset)
Attention to detail, good organisational skills and ability to work under pressure

An outstanding opportunity to join us in this role as Reporting Specialist where you will join Fund Data Management & Reporting team. You are the main point of contact within Asset Management for all fund reporting and fund data management.
You actively assist in the setup and migration of the Fund reports to a new platform (data sourcing and correction, stakeholder management, IT requirements, production).
You develop tools to support and automate daily work for the team.
You will work closely with IT, Legal & Compliance, Data Management, Product Development and Marketing teams. You will be able to develop your knowledge in financial markets, fund regulatory requirements, document publishing workflows and IT topics. The role requires self-motivation, good work organization, programming knowledge and communication skills.
