Your responsibilities
Perform period end close activities according to month- and year-end closing schedule
Cross-check and report Financial Statements into HFM system
Perform intercompany, payroll, cash pool, fixed asset accounting
Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts and document appropriately to ensure accurate and timely transaction posting
Prepare tax and other local reports
Calculate and process journal vouchers
Day to day cooperation with the local team, building a strong network within Finance organization
Recommend and implement process improvements
Assist with external and internal audit queries
Ensure compliance with SOX requirements
Support other team members using knowledge and experience
Our requirements
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
University degree in Accounting / Finance or gained through experience
Very good knowledge and understanding of GL processes
Very good command of English
Excellent command of MS Excel
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Working knowledge of ERP accounting systems, e.g. SAP
