For our Client we are currently looking for GL Accountants:
Senior GL AccountantNumer ref.: GL/LODZ
Your responsibilities
- Intercompany accounting – recording financial transactions between different legal entities within the same parent company;
- Fixed assets activities: depreciation, activation, liquidation;
- VAT declarations, Intrastat, SAF files activities;
- End of month activities: accruals, journal entries, prepayments, accounts revaluation and reclassification;
- Activities related to:
- Accounts reconciliation;
- Financial statements;
- Transfer pricing;
- Cooperation with internal companies and other teams in the SSC
Requirements
- Min. 2 years of experience in a similar function in General Ledger department
- University degree in Finance & Accounting, Economics field (or equivalent Accounting course)
- Good knowledge of English – both spoken and written (min. B2 level)
- Good knowledge of MS Office package, especially MS Excel
- Communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent organization
- Problem solving skills
- Attention to details skills
- Knowledge of SAP
- Experience in SSC environment
