Your responsibilities

  • Own end to end Workday business processes and global operating model for aligned HR processes; continually evaluate end to end operating model and handoffs to offer improvement and simplification ideas

  • Provide subject matter expertise on HR business processes and supporting technology to internal & external stakeholders

  • Lead continuous improvement roadmap idea generation, analysis, planning and implementation for aligned business processes; act as primary consultant in RPA endeavors to ensure automation priority and path are in line with technology assets and investments

  • Support steady state Workday technology and internal process change requests by driving requirements development, coordinating testing needs and migration approvals for owned business processes

  • Monitor Workday HCM roadmap and connect with client community to create innovation by utilizing emerging technology capabilities

  • Coordinate new scope and transitioning work to service delivery centers, applying agreed transition methodology and promoting harmonization and standardization of processes

  • Help service delivery centers address highly sensitive and complex escalated issues relative to technology, processes or service quality; liaise with other functional teams to develop appropriate solutions

  • Act as Project Manager for assigned project initiatives, meeting established priorities and project schedules

  • Maintain global HR job aid catalogue; develop workflows and process mapping to document processes and improve their efficiency

  • Support training needs, if required, for Workday and other supporting technology users in rollouts, required system upgrades, change requests, new system implementations

  • Drive business results by facilitating stakeholder management accountability

Our requirements

  • University degree required

  • 2–5 years of relevant work experience (e.g. HR Operations/ Shared Services)

  • Expert Workday HCM Knowledge

  • MS Office (advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills a plus)

  • Proven Project Management experience

  • Ability to work with ambiguity and managing multiple projects

  • Experience of cross functional collaboration to identify, evaluate and deliver process improvement initiatives

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail

  • Sound stakeholder management and communication skills

  • English level: C1+ minimum

The Global HR Process & Solutions Senior Coordinator role champions all aspects of best operational practice including global HR business process ownership and review, implementation of continuous improvement approaches and simplification of process/ service experience. It includes the responsibility for the governance of HR processes, continuous improvement projects and standardization of HR operations, partnering closely with the HR Functional Teams to perform critical work supporting the ABS roadmap.
