We are currently looking for:
Senior HR Advisor (fixed-term contract)
You will play an important role in our Aluminium Plant in Brzesko to succeed in CANPACK Group through people development. You will support Managers as an HR Business Partner and bring talent strategy to support organization development.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement HR strategy and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Focus on Talent Development Program to develop pool of experts and high potentials.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Manage recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation and retention
  • Develop and implement tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Oversee and manage a performance management system
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Expectations:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist /Business Partner role in production environment
  • Strong consulting skills, adept at building relationships and gaining consensus through communications, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels in the organization
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and best practices of application
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • English fluency
  • Nice to have: HRIS experience, preferably with Workday and practical knowledge of SAP HR
