Join us as a Senior HR Analyst enhancing Credit Suisse HR analytical portfolio. As our expert you will be supporting SUB HR COO in shaping strategic goals. The role itself gives an excellent opportunity to work closely with other HR professionals on both global and local level.

The role will provide you with excellent opportunity to be involved in designing, analysing, modelling and enhancing HR processes, including solutions seeking for improvements and simplifications.

This role is within our HR Analytics team who serves internal clients (HR Business Partners responsible for two front divisions, Swiss Universal Bank and International Wealth Management as well as SUB HR Head and his COO team) with specified and customized HR reports and analysis.

You’ll be a good match, if you have:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in corporate environment as an Analyst or in a similar role. Experience in HR / HR processes will be an asset.
  • Proficiency in working with MS Excel and MS Power Point
  • Experience in designing advanced data sets, e.g. using VBA to interpret analysis and translate them into high-level presentations
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and time management skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex data effectively, spot trends and estimate potential risks and long term consequences.
  • Outstanding communication skills with proficiency in English. Knowledge of German would be also beneficial.
  • Readiness to take on responsibility for tasks, manage work independently and prioritize your work accurately,
  • Willingness to participate in internal projects within HR department by providing inputs, data analysis and presenting them to Senior Management.
