Your responsibilities

  • Acting as a single point of contact for management and team members, for all HR activities and processes
  • Advising on local labour law and its implications, guiding leaders on resolving complex employee related issues and grievance resolution
  • Ensuring all procedures and internal policies are compliant with local legislation and up to date
  • Coaching, supporting and mentoring people managers in the application of HR policies and practices, providing advice and guidance on complex HR issues
  • Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, engagement, and increase productivity and retention
  • Analysing trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies
  • Managing internal HR processes, such as: exit interviews, disciplinary actions, performance review, performance improvement
  • Preparing recurrent and ad-hoc reports for HR and business management
  • Ensuring completion of all formalities related to the employment of foreigners and foreign business trips
  • Implementation of local employee engagement actions and CSR initiatives in alignment with the EMEA strategy
  • Acting as an employer branding ambassador by contributing to the organization of internal or external events for employees
  • Supporting recruitment process for managerial positions, providing onboarding training & workshops for newly appointed managers
  • Supporting the HR Administration team on solving complex issues
  • Maintaining relationships with benefit providers

Our requirements

  • Fluent English
  • 2+ years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR Manager role
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Good knowledge of personnel administration procedures, practical knowledge of Polish labour legislation
  • Able to prioritize work and manage time based on business needs, while being compliant with legal timelines
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that require sound decision making and may involve confidential or sensitive matters
  • Client orientation - able to face internal customer, offer support, show empathy and consideration, very good listening skills
  • Detailed oriented person - pays attention to details

This role will also be responsible for the production and maintenance of metrics, data and analysis, while supporting employees, managers or other departments for using the internal HR tools and applying the HR policies.
