Our Client is a global manufacturing company with advanced engineering solution. Their situation on the market is very stable for many years, hiring more than 10 thousand employees and being listed on the London Stock Exchange. Currently they make a great investment in Cracow, where they centralise processes and create new positions to add more competence in their functional areas.
Your responsibilities
- Develop relationship with internal clients
- Build strong global position with partners
- Coordinate recruitment processes
- Cooperation with managers in terms of human resources
- Liaise with managers in terms of team development/ team integration activities
- Planning and executing development and training needs for employees
- Provide advice on labour code issues
- Support managers in the employees' process of promotion
- Running HR related workshops for managers in terms of company's management vision
- Act on I-Engage survey results with managers
Employer requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in HR
- At least 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Ability to analyse status quo
- Familiarity with labour code
- Project management and team management skills
- Ability to educate, train and pass knowledge
