Your responsibilities
Act as a partner to our managers through the resolution on a variety of employee and organizational issues, including headcount planning, organizational development and other areas of the employee lifecycle
Provide advisory in performance planning, interpretation of company policies and programs, performance management, employee relations, talent development and retention activities
Deliver consultative support and guidance to managers on implementation and coordination of core global and local HR team programs
Guide managers on how to appropriately manage and resolve complex HR issues (e.g., performance management, rewards, talent aqusition)
Develop and implement HR-related projects and participate in special projects as needed
Promote a culture of feedback and open communication
Work in collaboration with our Talent Aquisition
Our requirements
Min. bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus in Human Resources, Economy, Law
4-5+ years of professional experience in the HR department of an international company, with at least 3-4 years of experience in the HR Business Partner role
Experience in FMCG or related industries with operations spreaded across different regions would be an asset
Excellent in Polish and English both verbal & written
Solid judgment and ability to balance the needs of the company, managers and employees
Strong talent for coordination organizational tasks with enthusiasm and curiosity
A team player committed to taking on an independent, structured and innovative way of thinking
Demonstrated success in consultative support to coach leaders across multiple levels
Very comfortable with constant changes and passionate abour HR
