Your responsibilities
- Work closely with HR BP team, provide assistance with all ongoing HR Project, processes and initiatives,
- Data analyses, reporting, drafting communication, working closely with the Middle Level Managers to make sure all process deadlines are met, providing information on process and policy details,
- HR KPIs – reports and presentations preparation,
- Additional analyses regarding structure, reporting lines, correct usege of job titles etc.,
- Translating, editing and correcting HR documents, providing presentations.
Our requirements
- University degree (sociology, psychology, HRM, management will be an asset),
- HR experience and practical knowledge of different HR processes,
- Experience working in a dynamic, international, matrix organization (preferably BPO/SSC),
- Very good organization of work and ability to quickly adapt priorities to changing business requirements,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Knowledge about data analytics tools,
- Practice ability to use Excel on professional level,
- Knowledge of Labour Law fundamentals,
- Fluent English.
