Your responsibilities
Delivering best in class Payroll Service support to the HR community (onshore payroll department), business managers and employees, cooperates in accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders according to the defined Service Level Agreements
Processing settlement declarations to Social Security Insurance Institution, Financial Institution (PPK), Tax Office and PFRON
Supervising on ZFŚS account and settlement invoices
Ensuring timely, accurate and compliant payroll delivery by following predefined processes for managing payroll inputs and executing post payroll run related duties, payroll accounting, payments and payroll reporting
Managing inputs to payroll via data uploads, interfaces and manual data entry, performing predefined checks and resolving possible issues
Answering any payroll related enquiries from employees
Handling complex / escalated tasks, ensuring 4-eye checks and other payroll data controls
Supporting GBS HR Team Leader in initiating process improvements
Our requirements
Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience
Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel skills); Exposure to SAP tools would be preferable
Interest towards different aspects of Payroll and Local Country Labor Law would be a plus
Proficiency in business English and Polish
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service orientation and proactive way of working with a strong “can do” attitude
Good organization and coordination skills with strong analytical and problem solving ability
Attention to details and ability to work in team
