Key responsibility areas:
  • Taking responsibility for all HR related administration, personal files, input for payroll (done by an external provider)
  • First point of contact for employees for all HR related matters
  • Provide subject matter expertise in country policy & benefits, advise and partner with various function teams for better employee experience
  • Onboard and assimilate local staff into the Wipro culture
  • Drive geography initiatives, design and implement HR policies in the country
  • Understand country specific labor regulations, market practice and customise to implement them into the Wipro system
  • Engage and support workforce transition programs
  • Help business team in setting up, HR systems and process in potential new markets as per business needs.
  • HR Business partner ensuring running the appropriate HR processes and engagement initiatives
Key skills and behaviors required:
  • A minimum of 3 years of generalist HR experience, preferably in a complex, multinational organization
  • Good working knowledge of labor law
  • High customer orientation & results achievement with strong business acumen
  • Excellent communication skill in a diverse multicultural environment
  • Influencing skills with the ability to adapt style to all levels of management and employees
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with ability to work unsupervised
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Proficient user of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
