Your responsibilities

  • Assisting with profiling and sourcing candidates and updating internal database

  • Sourcing suitable and good recruiting agencies; pre-negotiating contracts etc.

  • Advising different ways how to meet recruiting goals and get best candidates

  • Representing Talixo in relevant job fairs /events and being proactive in scheduling and booking them.

  • Being in charge of having efficient running recruitment channels and a proper tracking tool

  • Dealing with external platforms and providers ( recruitment agencies)

  • Coordinating communication with candidates and scheduling interviews

  • Screening candidates for the senior positions

  • Conducting interviews if needed

  • Checking visas/work permits

  • Assist in maintaining and further developing a consistent organizational structure and salary levels

  • Managing internal HR databases/ spreadsheets

  • Assisting in employees on/offboarding

  • Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance

  • Dealing with an external HR office

  • Be in charge of all the employees' documentations

  • Creating reports

  • Creating Hr related content on confluence

  • Being up to date with the HR legal regulations

  • Supporting in creating an employer brand - proposal of Social Media posts, adverts, maintaining company profile on the job-related platforms

  • Actively organizing company activities and events

  • Ensuring company cultures and values are in place and well followed

  • Being involved in company internal, external training as well as development plans for the employees.

  • Being in charge of the employees well being as well as being a good listener to motivate them and maintain good work relationships

  • Conducting Feedback interviews if needed

  • Supporting department heads with HR matters

Our requirements

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English

  • Knowledge of Polish labor law

  • Min. 2 years experience in the similar role

  • Great time management

  • Computer literacy

  • Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage many tasks and help other people organized too, with an ability to prioritize important projects

  • Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills

  • Good interpersonal skills
