Redesign and rollout of our Talent Management processes in line with the rollout of SAP SuccessFactors. A special focus will be on the identification of internal talents and succession planning for key position.
Execution of the global executive assessment and succession planning process as well as documentation in the system.
Support the regional Talent Management activities from the role of a corporate CoE (Center of Expertise)
International coordination of HR Development projects
Contribution to the continuous improvement of our talent development tools
Creating convincing training and presentation materials
At least 3 years of professional experience in strategic-conceptual HR development work in a large scale international business environment
Successfully completed a master's degree with a focus on human resources management or psychology
Very good written and spoken English
Good knowledge of German will be an asset, especially ability to reading documents in German.
Experience in the design and implementation of modern Talent Management tools and processes
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (especially the Performance & Goals / Succession & Development modules), knowledge of innovative methods and concepts in the field of Talent Management
Ideally experience in project management of change processes
Diligent and self-motivated way of working, quick comprehension and flexibility, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills, joy in working with international HR colleagues
Very good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Power Point.
