Responsible for IAM Engineering: successfully Implement, configure, upgrade and maintain Identity and Access Management Services, including IAM systems, Directory Services, Identity Lifecycle Management, and application components for access (Identity Orchestration, PKI, Certificate management, Multi Factor solutions, Federation solutions, Privileged Access Management, Single Sign-On, Cloud access solutions, etc)
Providing Security projects estimation for IAM/PAM
Patching and upgrades of IDM and PAM Tools
Evaluation and recommendation of IDM and PAM solutions
Active participation in implementation of new solutions
Oversee engineering of the identity and access management function, ensuring prompt, efficient, and accurate resolution of identity and access matters
Continuously seek to improve the time, cost and risk associated with the daily duties
Successfully implement and manage enterprise device types, operating systems (Windows and Unix)
Design, develop, configure test, and maintain IAM interconnection services to include connector and integration technologies
Develop and maintain current and future state IAM documentation and standards
Communicative and positive-thinking team player coupled with eagerness to learn, determined to solve cases

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline,
5+ years’ experience in information technology, including 3 years of cybersecurity,
Hands-on experience in IAM
Experience in the scripting languages
Ability to develop and deploy IAM solutions (on-premise and cloud)
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Ability to effectively break down, prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks independently
Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Identity Manager will be an asset
Hands-on experience with one of the IAM solutions, like Okta, Sailpoint, Cyber Ark, Beyond Trust, Saviynt
Project planning and management skills, including assessing risk to determine action,
Security related certificates, such as: CompTIA Security +, CISM, CISSP, CIAM, CAMS
Experience with cloud identity tools
