About the project

Working within Global Business Services IS, you will be ensuring process efficiency and implementing the ABB IS Process framework within GBS IS aligned with Corporate regulations. Optimizing IS processes continuously to drive increased service efficiency and effectiveness.

Reporting to the IS Department Manager for Process Architecture, you will be acting as general process advisor to all process stakeholders to ensure integrity, compliancy and efficiency of the IS Process Framework and its processes, aligning the ABB Business Process Management (BPM) tool landscape to support efficiency.

Your responsibilities

  • Process Management: Responsibility for implementing the ABB IS process framework into GBS IS – based on the Corporate IS process framework. Proactively contributing into further enhancement of the corporate process framework in promoting and supporting process analysis and process optimization and thereby creating a relevant added value for the Process Sponsors, Owners, Managers and Practitioners. Responsible for the framework of how GBS IS process policies, standards & practices are documented, implemented and communicated in line with Corporate IS GRC standards and directives.

  • Process Standardization: Defining a guideline how GBS IS policies, standards and practices are documented, implemented and communicated to support all Process Sponsors, Owners and Managers and assessing maturity and compliance of processes within GBS IS to ensuring increase in process standardization and efficiency.

  • Process Standardization: Providing process documentation and guidance on principles and templates (Layer 4-7) and ensure that they are understood and applied by GBS IS Process Owners.

  • Product Ownership: for Business Process Management platform. Acting as platform owner to bring in further improvements or new requirement into the strategic roadmap.

  • Process Governance: Actively Governing and supporting GBS IS Process Owners and Managers in current processes and opportunities to optimize and standardize their respective processes.

  • Process Optimization: Providing coaching and supporting the Process Owners in GBS IS through analysis and optimization and critical review of processes from a strategic perspective.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

  • More than 7 years working experience in Information Technology area.

  • Above 5 years of process management experience needed in large enterprise organizations with consulting experience towards senior management or equivalent management tier levels.

  • Above 2 years of ABB experience needed.

  • Comprehensive understanding of ITIL and SIAM concepts.

  • ITIL certification required.

  • CObIT, ISO20000, BPM, Lean & Six Sigma certification preferred.
