Your responsibilities
Supports the planning and execution of various audit projects, including financial, operational & IT, compliance engagements and other value adding/consulting projects across all business units of the HAVI Group.
Contributes to the development of the audit department and the organization itself through automation and efficiency initiatives.
Drafts audit observations, recommendations, and reports for all levels of management and supports communication of audit results.
Supports the development of data analytics and continuous auditing tools.
Follow-ups on historic audit observations and the remediation process.
Develops into an expert and business partner on governance, risk, and compliance matters.
Works on ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives for senior management
Gradually develops yourself into a project lead role and takes responsibility for own engagements.
Our requirements
At least 3 years of experience in audit (preferably within a Big4) or internal audit in an international environment is a strong asset
Relevant university degree (e.g. in Accounting, Finance, etc.)
Knowledge of international accounting standards (US GAAP or IFRS)
Professional certifications (CIA, CPA, CFE) are preferred
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. running reports and inquiries) and BI Tools will be a strong asset
Fluent English; knowledge of other languages would be an asset
Analytical thinking as well as an independent style of working
Excellent questioner and listener with the ability to summarize findings in a spot-on way
Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50%) with extensive working from home opportunities
