Senior Internal Communications Specialist
Place of work: Kraków

Job description:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Internal Communications Specialist to join the CANPACK Group’s multinational team. In this role you’ll report to our Group Communications Manager and will be responsible for developing and implementing CANPACK’s approach to internal communications, as well as establishing and using various channels of communications designed to deliver engaging messages and keeping employees updated. A big part of this role is also to help develop and implement an internal communications policy and create compelling communication strategy that will support building values oriented and driven corporate culture.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Internal Communications Channels and Tools: develop and curate key internal communications channels designed for various internal target groups across various CANPACK Group entities and geographies. 
  • Content Creation and Curation: collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather and analyze information. Write, develop, and deploy high-quality, high-impact, on-brand content across CANPACK’s internal communications channels and formats, whilst ensuring brand, editorial, and message consistency.
  • Create and execute communications plans and campaigns: contribute to planning and cascading of corporate communications across CANPACK Group. Support internal initiatives and programs, including large-scale change management and corporate values implementation programs.
  • Communication Consulting:advise internal stakeholders on best internal communications practices and approaches aligned with their business objectives. Advise on leadership communication approaches. This includes, but is not limited to, delivering communication that increases leaders’ engagement and improve two-way interaction between leaders and employees.
  • Internal events management: responsible for all aspects of planning, coordination, and execution of internal communications events such as: town halls, business reviews, strategic kick offs, etc. 
  • Reporting and KPIs measurement: identify and collect key metrics to measure communication program effectiveness.

Key requirements:

  • BA in Marketing, Communications or HR,
  • at least 5 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: internal, communications, employer branding, alternatively marketing communications with strong drive towards internal communications,
  • native speaker fluency in English is a must, Good command of Polish (written and spoken),
  • exceptional writing skills across a range of disciplines (global messaging, letters, scripts, etc.),
  • excellent interpersonal, project management, creative and organization skills
  • ability to analyze internal stakeholders communications needs and translate them into an effective deliverables,
  • hands-on, self-starter attitude and ability to perform under pressure,
  • working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft SharePoint.
