Your responsibilities
Building solution blueprint for holistic digital marketing platforms
Creating and maintening relevant documentation, including requirements, functional and technical specs that define and support the solution
Filling a central role in the Marketing Technology team, mentoring other team members, helping them grow and also lead a team of consultants in the project
Acting as a bridge between business needs and developers to ensure the delivery of high quality IT solutions
Helping to design advanced solutions around Adobe Experience Platform & Data
Working closely together with stakeholders across Nordea to understand the expected outcome and elicit business features
Managing delivery dependencies towards other teams and organization units across Nordea
Working in an Agile environment as an integral part of the cross-functional Agile delivery team
Our requirements
Knowledge of UML, Technical design & creating technical documentation
A strong solution-oriented and analytical mindset
Thrive when working with complex end-to-end solutions and processes
Experience in working with distributed global teams
Fluency in spoken and written English language
The knowledge about iterative and incremental development
The knowledge about fundamentals of software development processes and procedures

* Significant experience in working with Adobe technologies, specifically Adobe Campaign, Adobe Exp Platform, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, etc.
* Proficiency with Web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, etc.
* Ability to understand business requirements to design, develop and deliver solutions to meet their needs
* Technical expertise and working experience with digital marketing strategy and execution
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills
* Good understanding the Agile mindset and values
* Experience in IT and/or banking area
* Experience on working with business users
* Ability to grasp new technologies quickly (on a high level) and able to ask right questions
