About the project
For NATEK Poland we are looking for Senior IT Business Analyst, who will be dedicated to a project in the banking industry.
As an IT outsourcing company, NATEK deals with international projects for customers from the Fortune 500 list. We are present in 4 markets: Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Bulgaria. What we value the most at NATEK are: expertise, accountability and partnership.

Your responsibilities
- Gathering of IT requirements into user stories
- Functional and non-functional requirements documentation and tracking across Agile delivery lifecycle
- Presentation of requirements to architects for solution design
- Ongoing requirements management and collaboration with stakeholders and delivery teams – formulate requirements as user stories, definition of testing / success criteria, sprint planning & reviews, user acceptance testing, input into the product backlog
- Working in a global virtual project team with close daily collaboration with stakeholders
Our requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in IT Infrastructure (servers, storage, networks, and databases)
- Experience of global project delivery with a proven history of providing analysis and solutions that supports successful project delivery in a matrix environment
- Experience in Agile as project delivery methodology for any solution delivery framework and working in Scrum teams
- Core BA skills – requirements and issues management leveraging tools such as JIRA and Confluence, requirements traceability & retention, strong problem solving and analysis mapping process/activity flows, business cases development, data and metrics visualizations
- High professional standards, collaborative, and client focused
Optional
- Experience in Cyber Security domains, in particular, Threat Intelligence, Threat Detection and Incident Response
