Your responsibilities

  • Engaging in building the right solution which meets the client’s technical and business requirements.

  • Supporting Product & Dev team - specifying changes, answering questions, guiding team to the right technical decisions.

  • Managing R&D processes - conducting research in the field of IT systems and impacts of errors on their operations

  • Interpreting and reporting R&D efforts - conducting analysis, building knowledge, verifying and synthesising R&D work and reports

  • Having time (and even duty) to learn all the shiny and hot new technologies and supporting your team by sharing best practices

Our requirements

  • Higher education in the field of Computer Science, Mathematics / Statistics, Telecommunications or related

  • Working knowledge of programming environments for data analysis and data processing technologies

  • Deep knowledge of techniques and algorithms for learning and data analysis, including machine learning, statistics and probabilities.

  • Experience in creating technical project documentation and processing the results of research and development works in projects co-financed from public funds.

  • Cooperate efficiently in a team and ability to work independently.

  • “Yes, I can!” attitude. Own the problem and make your own decisions - take responsibility end to end.

  • Experience in developing software in one of the languages (Python, Java or . Net) and having a working knowledge of formal program verification would be a great addon.

Currently, we're on the lookout for a Senior IT / Business Analysts who will join our R&D Team that is developing new features which simplifies monitoring and troubleshooting of complex systems.
