Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end a project, from initiation, execution, monitor and control to project closure, using leading PM methodologies and tools
You will support our clients in their business and organizational transformation journey, actively becoming a trusted advisor in PM subject matter for both clients and colleagues
Your activities encompass all aspects of leading projects, such as requirements analysis, project planning, schedule and resource management, budget management, benefits analysis, stakeholder management, project relevant reporting
Employer requirements
Location: Wroclaw, Poland. Part-time remote work will be accepted for consultants
Looking for experienced Senior (min 5 years) and Principal (min 10 years) IT PMs
Ability to manage both waterfall and/or agile projects
Experience with working with at least one of selected technologies/methodologies: AI&ML, IOT, Data Science & Analytics, RPA & Automation, Immersive Experience (XR), Mobility & Wearables, Block Chain, UX/UI, Microservices, Modern Integration Technologies, Cloud, Cybersecurity, DevOps
Global or local projects, English and Polish as a main communication languages
Various project management from studies phases to implementations
Projects of varying sizes from a financial point of view, but also in term of complexity, team size and duration
Topics related to current business activities as well as new applications/services linked to the Digital transformation
Certification in project management and corresponding agile methodologies is an advantage - PMP, AgilePM, CSM, PSM, SAFe SA
