Your responsibilities

  • Full-cycle IT recruitment: Proactively manage full cycle of recruitment process from initial requisition to final placement of candidates for technical roles: source, select, screen, interview and recommend candidates

  • Recruitment in all seniority levels: Responsibility for internal and external recruitment processes for a full range of roles, from junior level to expert positions

  • Cooperation with the Client: Working directly with the client to discuss the candidate profile

  • Cooperation with Business Development: Cooperation with the sales team to understand client needs and share feedback about candidate availability and requirements

  • Standards and process definition: Implement improvements and new standards in the hiring area

  • Contributing to Employer Branding initiatives: Proposing and executing Employer Branding initiatives

Employer requirements

  • Language skills: professional working level of Ukrainian, Russian and English languages (must-have)

  • Experience: 5+ years of working as a IT Recruiter in software house, startup or corporate environment

  • Tools: Proven practical knowledge of recruitment tools and landscape of sourcing platforms

  • Understanding of IT Technologies: IT stacks and the candidate landscape to be able to freely discuss roles and needs with candidates and clients

  • Understanding of IT candidate needs: good practical knowledge of current requirements among IT professionals

  • Understanding of Eastern Markets IT job markets: practical knowledge of Eastern IT job markets characteristics, sources of candidates, top universities and employers

  • Relationship building: Ability to create and maintain an excellent candidate experience and proactively build strong relationships

  • Entrepreneurship: Passion for building business and independence in defining the goals and most efficient ways to achieve them (one of our core values)

  • Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree

About the project

For our newly established IT Recruitment practice we are looking for IT Recruiter who will help us grow the IT recruitment and outsourcing department and help in bringing top IT talent from Eastern markets to the EU. The role will work directly with the Business Unit leader and will directly contribute to the development of the BU.
