    Department Description

    The EMEA Talent Acquisition Organisation supports all hiring countries in Europe, Middle East and Africa – comprising nearly 40 possible hiring locations. The largest recruiting locations include Poland, Germany, Israel, and the United Kingdom.
    This role is based in Krakow, Poland, and is reporting to the EMEA Talent Acquisition Manager.

    Senior IT Recruiter

    Job Description

    As a senior recruiter you will be:

    • Setting up and executing recruitment strategy and planning for three departments of Motorola Solutions (all in Engineering part) and other ad-hoc projects 
    • The first point of contact in the field of staffing and transfers for Business Area and Managers 
    • Managing the full-life cycle of recruitment activities including direct sourcing, consultations, negotiations, and on-boarding 
    • Researching innovative recruitment strategies and developing creative solutions to generate high-quality CVs 
    • Supporting external recruitment activities – e.g. university/graduate recruitment or career fairs 
    • Organizing recruitment events  
    • Supporting branding activities to increase MSI brand awareness locally and within the region 
    • Staying in touch with 3rd party vendors

    Basic Requirements

    • At least two years of experience in IT recruitment
    • Excellent knowledge of sourcing channels and recruitment methods
    • Can-do attitude
    • Fluent Engish
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
