Your responsibilities
Independent comprehensive recruitment processes for IT positions
Building long-term, positive relationships with candidates
Cooperation with Recruiters, Business Development Managers
Creating and implementing strategies to search for suitable candidates
Implementing innovative techniques of candidate identification and search
Support for CSR activities and employer branding projects
Our requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in conducting independent recruitment processes
Experience in recruitment in the IT industry
Very good technical knowledge to understand IT projects and positions
Fluent knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques
Skills in using social media for recruitment
Ability to work in a team
Independence and a creative approach to work
Reliability and scrupulousness in the implementation of tasks
English - fluent
