Your responsibilities
Perform 2nd level support on applications placed within the EDI & Integration area
Responsible for the support performance and follow-up in line with the SLA
Conduct and / or attend on internal training courses
Planning and controlling of the own tasks assigned on ITSM tool or by team coordinator/leader
Propose solution to optimize the efficiency of processes and team work
Ensure support availability during agreed business hours
Ensure knowledge sharing and documentation within the team
Ensure proactive communication to line-of-business on incidents, requests and changes
Supporting other team members
Participating in ad-hoc projects allocated by the Management and completing them within agreed timeframes
Our requirements
Good English knowledge– both spoken and written
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar API\EDI Support environment
Good practical knowledge of Sterling Integrator
EDI mapping experience with Positional, Idocs, XML, X12 and EDIFACT on the IBM B2Bi Sterling Integrator mapper
Good network communication protocols understanding (FTP, sFTP, FTPs, HTTP, HTTPs, other)
General and good understanding of EDI system role in organization
Good Unix shell command understanding
Practical knowledge about using SQL’s for data analyses
Understanding ITIL principles in organization and Foundation certification would be benefit
