Your responsibilities
- Be responsible for workstation installation, configuration and maintenance,
- Troubleshooting hardware and network issues,
- Hardware and software purchase, replacement and inventory process,
- Technical support for software, mobile and other hardware troubleshooting (computers, laptops, printers, conference systems and mobile devices),
- Remote user support and troubleshooting,
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests,
- Testing new technologies.
Our requirements
- Good knowledge of Windows and macOS,
- Linux system configuration ability,
- Proficiency in building and servicing computers and a general knowledge of ICT systems,
- Good knowledge of networks, including TCP/IP, LAN, VLAN, WLAN and ACL,
- Basic knowledge of internet technologies such as DNS, HTTP and SSL,
- Great communication skills and an ability to explain technical issues in simpler terms,
- Experience in deployment and ability to work with 3rd party vendors,
- Creative thinking in problem solving and a drive to expand your knowledge,
- Self-reliance,
- Proficiency in English.
Optional
- Experience on a similar position,
- Advanced Linux knowledge,
- Knowledge of Google Apps, Office 365 and managing users in Cloud services,
- Experience with AD, Azure AD, Endpoint Management solutions or IAMmmanagement.
