    Senior IT Supporter

    As a Senior IT Supporter in Global IT, Infrastructure and Operations, it is very important to show responsibility, reliability, agility, flexibility, etc.  The Senior IT Supporter role is a wide role within the Global Service and Support area, covering end user IT support of Danish Crown standardized IT platform. The Senior IT Supporter also acts as a Subject Matter Expert within the Service Desk team as well as a role model for Junior Supporters.

    Line of reporting

    • Senior IT Supporter reports to the Manager for Customer Services in Global Service and Support.

    Requirement of language

    • Polish - Both spoken and written - mandatory
    • English - Both spoken and written - mandatory
    • Danish – very welcome

    Overall responsibilities

    • 1/1.5 Line IT support for end-users In Danish Crown.
    • Coordination of complex issues within the Service Desk team.
    • Close cooperation with L2/L3 technical teams.

    Requirements for job:

    • 2-3 years in a similar role
    • ITIL foundation knowledge
    • Familiar with ITSM ticket systems (Danish Crown uses Ivanti Service Manager, also called HEAT)
    • Service minded
    • Basic Knowledge about Citrix and VPN
    • Basic IT knowledge of
      • O365 suite
      • Win10 operating system
      • Remote access
      • Telephony
      • Digital Signage
