You will be part of a software development team responsible for the complete development lifecycle with a strong focus on UI design and delivery to maximize usability and efficiency for our customers. As part of the team, you will have a key role in shaping the future of our product by ensuring that architectural proposals meet challenging requirements of rapidly growing telecom networks and keep us competitive in a rapidly evolving market.
Your responsibilities
- Be part of cloud native product development team that is responsible for architecture design, technology selection, development and maintenance
- Lead and execute technical activities in your own area of responsibility
- Use your expertise and experience to coach other team members in solving complex engineering problems
- Share your knowledge and skills among the people you work with
- Use agile software development practices to deliver effectively
Our requirements
- Professional experience with Java EE (Java 8)
- Practical knowledge of cloud native architecture principles
- Practical experience with microservices architecture
- Practical experience of ‘clean code’ software engineering practices - (e.g. OoP, design patterns, TDD)
- Practical knowledge of Git, Gerrit, Jenkins
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (OpenStack will be an added advantage)
- Good communication skills in English to collaborate with people across the world contributing to the product
