Your responsibilities
Actively and independently search for Senior / Managerial IT candidates
Guide candidates through the sourcing process
Act as EPAM’s brand ambassador
Keep database up to date
Daily cooperate with business
Closely work with recruiters, technical interviewers, hiring managers
Support employer's branding strategies
Participate in job fairs and other events
Seek new ways / sources to recruit candidates
Our requirements
Experience searching / recruitment in IT
Good knowledge of candidate search techniques including use of HR / recruitment data base systems
Technologically literate with strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Able to communicate effectively, orally and in written form at all levels
Expert with using social media such as LinkedIn
Good organizational skills and record keeping (attention to details is critical)
Excellent people skills and able to relate positively to staff
Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize multiple tasks
Be flexible and keen to learn
Fluent in English (at least B2 written and spoken)
