N-iX is looking for a Senior Linux System Administrator to join our professional team.
About the project:
Cleverbridge is a platform that provides global e-commerce and subscription billing solutions that help companies build long-term customer relationships and grow revenue streams. With its flexible, cloud-based billing and monetization platform, cleverbridge integrates seamlessly with client systems, simplifies subscription business models, and delivers an optimized online customer experience.
For our IT Infrastructure team located in Cologne, Germany we are looking for a System Administrator.

Your responsibilities
You will maintain our e-commerce platform and collaborate with development teams to make our product even better
You are the technical contact for other internal departments or stakeholders
You work with us on topics such as automation and orchestration to reduce manual efforts
You will help us to ensure the high availability of our platform and to develop concepts for using cloud services
You like to take over responsibilities in a global team of experts
You will help to shape the future of cleverbridge IT
Our requirements
You have successfully completed university studies, apprenticeship (e.g. “Fachinformatik”) or comparable education in the field of computer science
You have solid experience with common webservers, proxies and load balancing software
You have a solid foundation with Linux operating systems
You have a solid knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing & Switching, Ipsec, Firewalling)
You are eager to learn and grow in new areas of IT
You are fluent in English (at least Upper-Intermediate)
Optional
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware)
Experience with configuration management and orchestration tools
PCI-DSS experience
3 + years practical experience in production IT environments, ideally in e- commerce
