Your responsibilities
Analyzing of errors and developing work arounds and permanents solutions
Designing solutions independent
Working on server systems
Keeping ticket up-to date
Maintain documentation- knowledge base
Perform regularly support and maintenance tasks
Support system migration
Ensure compliance with internal processes
Support of go-lives
Collaboration in projects
Process and optimization for 3rd level support and necessary change management
Our requirements
Experience in Exchange Online
Experience in MS Teams
Experience in M365
PowerShell Expert
Expert in Managing and Maintaining Microsoft / Office 365
Office 365 / Sharepoint Online /2010 to 2019 functionality troubleshooting
Deep Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 eco systems
Sharepoint Online - functionality troubleshooting /management and maintenance /services configuration / management and administration in UI
Management of Sharepoint sites, lists, web parts, content types , site columns and templates
Knowledge of nintex workflow and Forms ( on premise and Online) and Microsoft Power Platforms
