For our client leading ecommerce and retail international company we are looking for candidates for Senior Manager Content Production & Translation Services.

Responsibilities:
- play a lead role in managing website content production in several languages,
- responsible for staging web content as needed, including: image sourcing and editing, proofreading copy for quality and accuracy, and ensuring adherence to style guidelines and technical specifications,
- manage internal customer relationships to ensure successful delivery of websites, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery,
- assist in defining project deliverables, setting schedules and resolving website content and technical issues,
- utilize content management systems to build and maintain websites. Review and test publish web content including issue identification and resolution,
- team management: recruitment, motivation & appraisal.
Requirements:
- at least 7 years of experience in similar role including minimum 3 years of team management experience,
- experience in team management of 30FTE+ will be a definite asset,
- understanding of SEO best practice is an advantage,
- strong written and verbal communication skills,
- ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment,
- strong work ethic with a high degree of accuracy and a keen eye for detail and follow-through,
- team player with a positive, can-do attitude, and willing to go the extra mile.
