Your responsibilities

  • Main point of contact for their business leader(s). Member of the business leadership team, actively involved in business decisions, providing data driven insight, support and challenge, and the Employee Voice to improve business decision-making. Scan and understand the business’ markets, environment, and needs

  • Accountable for creating and executing on the people plan for their business area – with a focus on talent (including diversity), organisation and culture to deliver business results through our employees

  • Coach senior leaders and their teams to maximise their effectiveness and role model the leadership behaviours we expect

  • Lead organisation development strategies. This includes optimizing and transforming our structure, processes, systems and ways of working to ensure a fit for purpose organization

  • Development and deployment of our talent strategy, to ensure we have diverse employees in the right roles, to meet both our current and future business needs

  • Partner to create and deploy robust change management plans to deliver the segment people and business strategies

  • As required, partner with other COEs and business leaders to define, design, test and deploy solutions to execute on the people plan, securing the necessary resource and budget

  • Ensure that both the Business Unit direction, Regional imperatives and Global strategy is considered as people solutions and plans are developed

  • Drive consistent adoption of practice to ensure fairness and equity across the organisation, encourage mobility and reduce risk

Our requirements

EDUCATION:

- Relevant educational Degree

- HR post graduate qualification will be an asset

EXPERIENCE:

- Strong HRBP experience across multiple environments with executive level stakeholders

- Successful people-centred change

- Experience of working in fast paced environments with competing requirements

- Commercial capability within GBS/SSC structures

SKILLS:

- Fluent Polish and English in both speaking and writing

- Effective communicator (verbally and in writing)

- Strong business acumen

- Change Management

- Organisation design and development

- High degree of computer literacy

- Self-starter and a strong team player (ability to work independently and as part of an international team)

- Good interpersonal skills

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively under pressure

- Excellent administrative and organizational skills

- Attention to detail

About the role:

As part of the business leadership team, the HR Business Partner (HR BP) is actively involved in business decisions, providing data driven insight, challenge to the business leader and bringing the employee voice. The HR BP is accountable for creating and executing on the people plan for their business area with a focus on the talent, organisation and culture to deliver business results through our employees. At the heart of the Operating Model, the HRBP will collaborate closely with other HRBPs, COEs and to achieve business results and consistent people practices.
