About the project
Axxiome Digital augments existing legacy systems at banks with a new digital layer that sits on top of legacy IT. Designed on a micro-service and open API-based architecture, Axxiome Digital enables banks to capitalize on the growing Fintech ecosystem, quickly launch new products and lines of business, and explore new business models that attract new customers. Through its component model, Axxiome Digital allows banks to target and resolve specific problem areas individually and in an incremental fashion – be it with the customer-facing digital channels, systems in the branch, or in the back-office.
Your responsibilities
you will set the direction of development both in ongoing and future projects and work closely with customers, translating their business needs into technical solutions and providing pre-sales support for our sales activities
you will have the chance to create and later lead a team of digital specialists by introducing your own managerial practices
you will coordinate and communicate effectively across international engineering and management teams to meet business goals and manage the performance of team members
Our requirements
entrepreneurial mindset & excellent business development skills
min. 4 years of proven knowledge and experience in designing and establishing the project change management process to enable successful transitions from project delivery to business operations resulting
min. 3 years of experience in building and managing cross-competences team
min. 3 years of experience in support of pre-sales opportunities
proven managerial experience in digital architecture and technologies and a strong understanding of current and evolving digital technologies (e.g. Frontend technologies (e.g. React, JavaScript), API Management, Java/ Spring Boot, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, Data, and Analytics)
strong presentation and communication skills
outstanding communication skills (both written and oral) with excellent command of English. German will be an additional asset.
