As a Senior PMO lead, manage and implement multiple large scale, complex projects or multiple, smaller scale projects.
Work closely with the Senior client stakeholders, developing robust and trusting relationships.
Provide management and strategic direction to the internal PMO team
Direct and manage large scale internal teams and driving projects forward to ensure project success.
Manage risk exposure through the identification and management of key project risks to ensure the delivery of business goals
Effectively and efficiently operate in a deadline driven environment. Maintain an exceptionally high attention to detail, in order to meet client expectations and manage consistent output across workstreams.
Contribute to wider organisational development initiatives as part of the leadership team within Projects, driving continuous improvement across people, process and tools.
Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.

Bachelor’s Degree or similar
Strong experience of working on large scale financial transformation projects
Significant people management experience.
Experience of holding large scale internal teams to account and driving projects forward
Very strong commercial awareness, working directly with senior business managers
Experience of managing demanding senior client stakeholders, with relentless focus on client’s needs and consistently raises the bar on service excellence
Strong experience of having worked remotely and within client environments
Designs and performs sophisticated analyses of work output and other client reports
Superb time management, judgment, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Creates operating processes to drive efficiency
Thrives in both individual and collaborative team environments
Meticulous attention to detail
Expert high-impact communication and presentation skills
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (including PowerPoint and Excel. MS Project experience highly recommended)

Formal Project Management Certification, ideally PMP

As a result of growth in our business, we’re looking for a PMO Senior Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for playing a key role in the team management of those supporting the project managers in the implementation and day-to-day management of a large scale, complex project. This rapidly growing team is responsible for the development, implementation, and delivery of Regulatory & Compliance contract solutions for our clients. The individual must be driven with extensive PMO and people management experience with a strong sense of delivery and client satisfaction.

This is fixed-term contract to the end of year, remote work (during pandemic-time), and a plan to work on-site in Wrocław in the future.

This position reports to the Projects Director. The candidate would need to be open to project travel as required.
As a member of an ISO Compliant centre, the candidate will be required to follow the policies and procedures on Information Security Management System in place at the Centre of Excellence and globally at Factor. As a member of the Factor team, the applicant will have access to various company and client assets and will be required to maintain the level of security as identified for each asset.
